Each program consists of cardiovascular, strength, balance, agility and flexibility components and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. Whether its weight loss, gaining strength, reducing body fat, increasing mobility in joints or just wanting to move better and feel better, Roots Fitness can help.
Each client will undergo a thorough fitness assessment measuring:
- body fat %
- range of motion
- muscular imbalances
- cardiovascular level
Once the fitness assessment is complete, the program is then designed for the clients. The key is guiding, motivating and educating each client on the importance of how & why we exercise the body, how to correctly perform the exercises to avoid injury while gaining efficiency, and finally, how healthier food choices compliment this activity.
- 1 hour in length (50 min. workout, 10 min. assisted stretching optional)
- In home, condo gym, park, and other accessible fitness studios
